General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Echt Webwerk

1. Scope of Application These GTC apply to all contracts between Greta Grünfeld, Echt Webwerk (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and her customers regarding graphic design, web design, and social media services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Scope of Services and Duty to Cooperate

• The exact scope of services is derived from the respective offer or order confirmation.
• The customer is obligated to provide all documents required for the implementation of the project (texts, images, logos) in a timely manner and in digital form.

3. Copyright and Usage Licenses

• All drafts, graphics, and website designs remain the intellectual property of the Contractor.
• Upon full payment, the customer acquires the rights of use for the agreed purpose and scope.
• Any transfer of usage rights to third parties or the modification of the drafts requires the written consent of the Contractor.

4. Acceptance and Correction Cycles

• Unless otherwise defined in the offer, two correction phases are included.
• Upon completion of the project, the customer is obliged to accept the work, provided it meets the agreed specifications.

5. Remuneration and Terms of Payment

• Remuneration is based on the offer.
• Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the total amount is due upon placement of the order and 50% upon completion/acceptance without deduction.

6. Disclaimer

• The Contractor is not liable for the legal admissibility of the content (e.g., copyrights of images provided by the customer).
• No liability is assumed for website outages due to server problems with third-party providers (hosting).

7. Final Provisions

• Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Contractor.
